Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are fully refundable. Cancellations made 7�13 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

Horizon Pines officially opens in March 2026. We will operate seasonally, with availability during spring, summer, and fall. Winter stays may be introduced in the future.
